Planning a Gala, Corporate Event, or Non-Profit Fundraiser?

Since our official launch in June of this year, we have served SO many wonderful couples in making their wedding day a dream come true. We feel wholly blessed to have been given the opportunity to make our couples' weddings beautiful, stress-free, and completely enjoyable!!

That said, we do more than weddings!


The planners at XO Event Co. have plenty of experience coordinating corporate events, non-profit fundraisers, and galas as well. We often share how incredibly relieving a planner can be on a wedding day; however, planners are wonderful resources when putting together other events, too!


There are a number of ways we can help:


1. We can get your planning committee all on the same page! When putting together events of this scale, it can be difficult to agree on final decisions. We have the right background to best support your committee in putting together the most successful event possible with the resources you have available.


2. We can be the point-people during the event so that your planning committee can actually ENJOY the event themselves! They're already doing the bulk of the legwork - why not allow them the opportunity to just have fun when they get there? We can be present during the event to ensure that everything runs smoothly so that you and your team don't have to!


3. You will have peace of mind knowing that seasoned professionals are there to handle potential issues, day-of. We cannot tell you how many times we have run into problems before an event. The sound system isn't working, a vendor is running late, the party supply company sent the wrong tablecloths, the heat and air goes out, etc... Allow us to take that burden off of you and your team so that you can, again, just enjoy the event! With us on your side, you won't even know if anything went wrong before you arrive.


4. We will help to set the logistics for the event. Once we have all of the information we need, we will begin streamlining the communication and providing timelines to any volunteers and committee members. We will put together a plan for all of your vendors, the setup process, and the tear-down process, so that no detail is left behind!


This is definitely a shortlist of what we can provide as coordinators, but I think you get the picture! Let us know what you are planning, and we would be happy to work with you on coordinating day-of. Our services for your event will likely begin about two weeks out from the event date.
