Are you a college junior, senior, or trade school student seeking college credit with a passion for weddings, design, marketing, or social media? XO Event Co. is looking for driven, hands-on interns in both Las Vegas and Tulsa for our upcoming season!
Whether you’re passionate about creative design and event execution or crafting compelling content and marketing campaigns, there’s a place for you on our team.
We’re looking for:
• Eager self-starters with strong communication and organizational skills
• Fast-paced thinkers who thrive under pressure
• Creative minds ready to learn and contribute
• No prior wedding experience needed — just a true love for the industry and a willingness to dive in!
Intern roles may include:
Event Assistants/ Wedding Planning Interns
• Supporting lead planners at real weddings and events
• Attending client and vendor meetings
• Assisting with design and setup for styled shoots
• Getting a behind-the-scenes look at the logistics of planning a wedding weekend
Marketing & Social Media Interns
• Creating and scheduling social media content
• Assisting with styled shoot promotion and vendor features
• Capturing and editing behind-the-scenes content
• Supporting brand growth across digital platforms
We believe in mentoring future creatives and planners through real experience — this is not a coffee run internship. You’ll join us on wedding days, shadow planning calls, help build flat lays, assist in event installs, and maybe even find yourself hauling rentals in heels. You’ll gain portfolio-building experience, industry connections, and a true understanding of what it takes to succeed in weddings and events.

Whitney loves the industry so much that she wants to share that passion with other people. From planning fun retreats, to buying coffee or lunch, Whitney takes the time to support her interns. My first wedding I did as an intern, I got completely soaked because I was outside holding an umbrella for guests most of the time. "I absolutely loved my experience interning for XO Event Co. Going into the internship, I had zero experience in the event industry but was so eager to learn about all that it entailed. With this experience, I was able to gain a better understanding of how to be an event coordinator and even plan an event of my own!
