Wedding Coordinator Responsibilities:

Manage month-of planning clients, ensuring seamless execution of their wedding day.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and venues during the planning phase and on event days.
Oversee timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Experience with Google Drive or willingness to learn
Handle approximately 5-10 weddings in your first year, with room to grow.
Must have current or previous wedding industry experience to hit the ground running.
Compensation: This is a commission-based role, not a full-time position.

Wedding Assistant Responsibilities:

Support the XO Event Co. team during weddings and events, typically on weekends
Assist with setup, teardown, and on-site coordination tasks during events.
Be ready for up to 12-hour shifts, staying focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
No prior wedding industry experience is required, but you must be an extremely hard worker and quick learner.
Compensation: Pay is hourly and DOE (dependent on experience).
