XO Content Retreat Terms and Conditions
1. Event Overview
The XO Content Retreat will take place from July 23-25, 2024.
Sessions will be held in Sand Hollow and Zion National Park, Utah.
Specific session details, including times and locations, will be provided to ticket holders prior to the event.
2. Release of Liability
Participants acknowledge that the sessions are held in areas with uneven surfaces, steep hills, and other natural hazards, posing risks of injury or death.
By attending the retreat, participants assume all risks associated with the activities and agree to release and hold harmless XO Event Co., its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability arising from injury, death, or property damage incurred during the event.
3. Conduct
Professional conduct is expected at all times. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
Participants are expected to respect the environment, fellow creatives, and the local community.
4. Ticket Policy
Tickets for the XO Content Retreat are non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to impacted travel plans, acts of God, or changes in schedule.
Exceptions to this policy are not permitted under any circumstances.
5. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must bring their own equipment and are responsible for its safety and security.
Participants must carry their own insurance to cover any potential injuries or equipment damage.
Health and safety guidelines provided by XO Event Co. must be followed at all times.
6. Intellectual Property
XO Event Co. retains the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
Participants agree to tag XO Event Co., XO Destination Co., and all vendors involved when sharing content on social media.
7. Model Release
Participants grant XO Event Co. the right to use any photos or videos of them taken during the event for future promotions, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and website content.
8. Insurance
Participants are required to have their own personal insurance to cover any potential injuries or equipment damage.
XO Event Co. does not provide liability coverage for participants.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
Participant information will be used solely for the purpose of managing the event and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Confidentiality of participant data will be maintained in accordance with applicable laws.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Oklahoma.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Oklahoma, in a manner that is most favorable to XO Event Co.
By purchasing a ticket to the XO Content Retreat, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
